I bought the Caring Transitions franchise approximately 3 months before I planned to (or was prepared to) actually open for business due to other outside work commitments. I did this to secure the franchise and give myself plenty of time to ramp up. While that might have been a good “idea” – it totally backfired for me. I had absolutely no infrastructure in place, only 2 employees that weren’t trained for this, and I was still committed to my previous workplace for still open deliverables. While the CT corporate leadership was responding very well with guidance – I was dropping the ball (in executing actions of that guidance/instruction) and was anxious that I would fail to produce an acceptable outcome for the client.
Then, I was introduced to you through email connection. You immediately had the prioritized steps lined up and ready to execute for me – as well as provide remote training of each of those steps. I started seeing pings hit my Facebook account about increased views and “likes”. The views to the auction site increased significantly. Your actions drove the traffic to the site which I needed to increase bids and thus a higher return to the client. I would not have had nearly as successful an outcome if I continued to try and push through on my own.
The essential steps that we learned in training to accomplish a successful sale require a lot of time – but I witnessed first-hand just how essential they are. That said, time is a commodity in short supply these days (for me) as I continue to climb up the learning curve and transition over to full time with CT. I don’t have a partner to divide the workload – so this adds to the demand on my time.
Your services, while priced at a very reasonable rate, to me were priceless! You simply can’t figure a monetary value to the relief that washed over me from the first moment we talked. I only wish I had been given some brochure, business card or maybe even had a quick end of the training day call – with you – so that I could have made that connection sooner.
