Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms under which Caring Helpdesk, LLC provides life coaching services. By booking or attending a coaching session, you agree to these terms. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
Life coaching is a professional relationship designed to support personal and business growth, clarity, accountability, and goal achievement.
Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or any other form of licensed mental health care.
The Coach is not a licensed medical professional and does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice.
All communications between the Coach and Client are confidential except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, court order, or other legal obligation under Maryland law).
Information may only be shared with third parties if the Client provides written consent.
Coaching sessions are billed at $60 per hour.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, or other methods offered by Caring Helpdesk, LLC.
Services are offered on a per-session basis only; no subscriptions or packages are required.
Clients must provide at least 1 hour’s notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions canceled with less than 1 hour’s notice, or missed without notice, will be charged at the full session rate of $60.
No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.
Refunds for prepaid but unused sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Caring Helpdesk, LLC.
The Client is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
The success of coaching depends on the Client’s commitment to the process and willingness to complete agreed-upon actions.
Caring Helpdesk, LLC and its Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the coaching relationship.
Coaching is a self-directed process, and results cannot be guaranteed.
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time by providing written notice.
All outstanding fees must be paid in full at the time of termination.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration in the State of Maryland, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
All written materials, tools, or resources provided by Caring Helpdesk, LLC remain the intellectual property of Caring Helpdesk, LLC.
Clients may not reproduce, share, or distribute these materials without prior written permission.
Caring Helpdesk, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of material changes in writing or electronically.
Caring Helpdesk, LLC respects your privacy and complies with applicable Maryland and federal privacy laws.
Information collected (such as name, email, phone, or session details) is used only for coaching, scheduling, and business operations.
Data may be shared only with trusted third-party providers (such as payment processors or scheduling platforms) as necessary to provide services.
Clients may request updates or deletion of their information at any time by contacting Caring Helpdesk, LLC.
