These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms under which Caring Helpdesk, LLC provides life coaching services. By engaging in coaching sessions, you agree to these terms and conditions. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
Life coaching is a partnership between the Coach and Client designed to facilitate personal and professional growth.
Coaching does not include psychotherapy, counseling, or any other form of licensed mental health services.
The Coach is not a licensed medical professional and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All communications between the Coach and Client are confidential unless required by law to disclose, such as in cases of imminent harm to self or others.
Written consent from the Client is required to share any information with third parties.
Payment for sessions must be made [specify payment schedule, e.g., in advance, at the time of booking, or within a certain time frame].
Accepted payment methods include [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.].
Late payments may incur a fee of [specify amount or percentage] after [number of days] past due.
Clients must provide at least 1 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session.
Missed appointments or cancellations without sufficient notice may result in a charge of the full cost of the service.
Refunds for unused sessions are at the discretion of Caring Helpdesk, LLC.
No refunds will be provided for completed sessions or programs.
Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results from coaching.
The effectiveness of coaching depends on the Client's commitment to the process and completion of any agreed-upon tasks.
The Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the Client's actions during or after coaching sessions.
Coaching is a self-directed process, and results are not guaranteed.
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice.
Upon termination, any outstanding fees will be due immediately.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through [specify dispute resolution process, e.g., mediation, arbitration, or litigation] in Tennessee.
All materials provided by the Coach are the intellectual property of Caring Helpdesk, LLC and are for personal use only.
Clients may not reproduce, share, or distribute these materials without prior written consent.
Caring Helpdesk, LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
